Harebell Campanula rotundifolia Flowering time: July-September. Perennial Found on dry grassland, heathland and dunes and in rock seams in mountaineous areas. Common in much of England, Wales and Scotland, less frequent in Ireland and rare in SW England Hairless plant with nodding pale-blue, bell shaped flowers on slender, erect stems. The +/- round basal leaves usually wither early leaving only small narrow stem leaves, the upper leaves unstalked. Height 15-35cm |
