Flowering time: June-September. Annual. Native

Prefers well-drained, sandy soils on open grassland, waste land, arable ground and roadsides

A branched, spreading plant downy (rather than hairy) stms and leaves. The small, pale lilac-pink flowers have hairy sepals and half of the 10 stamens lack anthers. Leaves are more/less round with 7-9 lobes
