Herb Robert Geranium robertianum Flowering time: March-October. Annual but frequently over-winters Abundant in woods, hedgebanks, gardens and on dry disturbed ground Pink flowers with orange or purple anthers, the petals slightly notched. Fruit usually hairy. Leaves palmate, stems and leaves often red-tinged. There is also a white-flowered form. Similar: Little-robin, G. purpureum has smaller flowers with yellow anthers and fleshier leaves. |
