Geranium robertianum * Herb Robert Flowering time: March-October. Annual but frequently over-winters Habitat: Abundant in woods, hedgebanks, gardens and on dry disturbed ground. Pink flowers with orange or purple anthers, the petals slightly notched. Fruit usually hairy. Leaves palmate, stems and leaves often red-tinged. A white-flowered form occurs. Similar: Little-robin, G. purpureum has smaller flowers with yellow anthers and fleshier leaves. |
