Flowering time: June-August. Perennial. Native

Most frequent on damp, shaded clay soils in woods, waste ground and on roadsides

The flowering branches grow at an acute angle to the stems with branched, well separated clusters of tiny reddish-green flowers. Leaves are narrowly oval-lanceolate with rounded bases and are occasionaly red-veined
