A garden escape or grass-seed contaminant naturalised on dry, disturbed ground in woods, wasteground, grassland and on roadsides

Leafy flower stems from basal leaf rosette with branched clusters of pale yellow flowers, the notched petals longer than the glandular-hairy sepals. The greyish-green leaves are palmate with 5-7 toothed, more/less oblong leaflets. An erect, hairy plant to 70cm tall
