Hosts:
Rubus caesius, fruticosus, idaeus, ulmifolius

Large, elongated gall, often causing the stem to become bent. The gall contains up to 200 cells with a single whitish larva in each. Single generation, larvae hibernating in the gall and pupating the following spring.

Mice are often predators, leaving signs of tooth marks on galls
