Rare, on acid-barked Pinus twigs and Calluna stems in NE Scotland. Recorded from Calluna stems and rock on Studland Heath and on wood, Pamphill, Dorset. BLS conservation evaluation: NT NR

Thin, often immersed thallus, whitish to pale grey. Discrete, crater-like soralia, initially +/- circular, the soredia green-grey or pale yellow. Apothecia are unknown.
