Growth type foliose
Chemical results: Medulla K+ yellow

Found on well-lit, nutrient-rich bark of parkland and roadside trees.

Thallus is irregular in shape (rarely orbicular) with small, +/- overlapping greyish or green-brown lobes, +/- pruinose. Secondary lobules are sometimes present in mature specimens. Lower surface brown to black with numerous black rhizines. Marginal +/- yellowish soralia but apothecia very rare. Medulla dull yellow.
