Cladonia macilenta Primary thallus squamulose, secondary thallus fruticose Chemical results: K+ yellow, P+ orange, UV- Can be common on rotting wood, fences and trees, also found on soil in acidic woodland. Small, incised, bluish grey-green squamules. The simple or branched podetia are sometimes squamulose below, granular or sorediate above with small red apothecia. Cups are absent.
