Occurs on various host genera

Blackish pycnidia are immersed in or erumpent through the host thallus or apothecia. Conidiophores hyaline and irregularly branched. The hyaline conidia are Y-shaped, aseptate, the main body 9.5-11.5 x 2-2.5 µm (including basal appendage) and two divergent arms, each with two thin, apical appendages. Micrographs below.
